Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase.


To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond to you within 48 hours.


Subscribing or purchasing from us you acknowledge and agree on the below terms and conditions:

Please note that we do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • * If you have already used the service for more than 7 days
  • * Channels and VOD are subject to change, update or removal at any time and without prior notice. Any change in the categories or anything included in the content can happen anytime. Storuno IPTV don’t have any control over the content provided or EPG or any updates happen to them.
  • * If you have violated our terms and conditions
  • * If you have shared your account with others
  • * No refund for the 24h trial

In case of a refund, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that the refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
